Appt at 10am. Arrived at 10am. Took a number for customer with appt at 10.06am. Queued. Done with reception at 10.32am. Stayed around. No food available. Limited drinks. Car goes into bay at 2.13pm. Done at 3.48pm. So yeah, not coming back. Either that or spend some on a return taxi to kill time somewhere.Shirou En
It still under renovation on the 2nd floor. While they did serve some basic nasi lemak at morning and even have a small machine to make a drink. So it does help alittle for those who waited for car services. Fahrein Salleh

If you are Honda driver and wanted to send your car to service, please never go to Honda, Tian Siang outlet. Their service is damn sucks! I placed my car for service and gotten few items to check on the price etc. They promised to revert with the price later on the same day so i waited till 5pm still no respond, eventually i tried to call in myself to ask for status. That bloody operator just picked up my call with a rude greet yelling at me saying "Sorry we are closed, please call again tomorrow". Immediately hang up the call not even asking me on the reason of calling in. When i tried to call back, nobody is picking up the call anymore. Please improve your service!hazsan ariffin

Came for service at 8am without appointment. Was number 7 in line. Total 5 service consultants at counter , only 2 was actually working , no idea what the other 3 was doing. They could have started clearing the no appointment customers but no, they just sat there.
It is now 10.15 am , after 1 hour 45 minutes of waiting and staring at the people at the counter , it finally reaches number 6. Guess it will take 2 hours to reach number 7 in line.
This is worst than the Perodua service centre and the Toyota service centre. Wasted so much time waiting , DO NOT service here without at appointment or be prepared to waste 2 to 3 hours here just to get to ur number.
