5 stars for possessing a big heart for the strays, spaying, feeding, loving and spending time transforming the lives of felines.
4 stars for spoiling and confining them in a gallery for publicity and business gain.
3 stars for over-feeding them with raw beefs. There are always too much left overs in the bowls which they either pour back into a big plastic container for reuse or discarded. Think about poor children out there who can't even afford half slice of bread. They also give overflowing supplies of cat biscuits/pellets to these poor animals. These biscuits are nothing but blended patties of flavored roadkills you should never buy again if you truly love cats. Please be responsible and do some substantial research about cat/dog food sources and how they are produced on the internet.
2 stars for the lack of food choice in your 'real' business--the Meowning café menu. With all those money profited off your kitty-frenzied customers, you should now be able to hire a better chef with true nutritional knowledge, proper hygiene and culinary skills to cook better quality food for your customers. Otherwise, invest in F&B staffs training. Please also hire a skillful tea-lady to make good coffee and tea. Don't just resort to 3-in-1 craps(powder, creamer and sugar syrup with preservatives) like what you give your poor cats. Because for customers, to be able to satiate the stomach and taste buds is as important as quenching our fetish for cats!
1 star if you digress, or let these feedbacks fall on deaf ears, turn a blind eye on or simply let it slide. Being able to take constructive criticism is the quality of a true professional regardless of which industry you are undertaking.
I had fun. I hope you would make a change and be better. That is all.Esther Cheah
Called up and asked if I can bring my cat there. Apparently cannot. So, um, don't bring your cats here. It ain't a cat friendly place.Fendy Ahmad
not interesting at all just a cat in a glass room.. foods also not so special .Miss Fadillah
Cat lovers in KL should come here. The place is affordable compared to other cat cafes. Besides, they are saving strays, given them home and big love. Some cats are playful and some just want you to leave them alone. Overall, i'm satisfied with the place.Rahim Ali
