Usually when the post office at the peak hour, the service be like 15-30 minutes per customer. Suprisingly that one time when there is no one but only me in one fine morning, they took 30-45 minutes to settle down my license renewal. I think, some kind of keyboard-typing training really needed for the staff here.naim anuar

Packed, service slow and steady, does your staff have any break At all? Looks like they work round the clock until their face cant even smile. lots of people come from afar to settle things. Tak kesian ka at your customers and your staff? Please look into it to upgrade space and service for your customers. Have been commenting many times but no action taken? Do you guys even read this?
