Customer enquires is not attended professionally. Called morning to branch to request statement for closed account for police investigation and they ask me to contact General line because they are loan department.
Called General line the operator ask to go home branch which I called earlier! Then she check for me that I can go today before 4.30pm & collect on the spot due to my case.
Reach CIMB & queue & ask the customer enquiry regarding my matter. She told me that SOMETIMES GENERAL LINE DON'T KNOW! So are you telling all your customer that the general line is not useful at all and is not reliable?
Then she show me she cannot print the statement because is close and balance is 0.00 then she ask me to look for officer and say if they can print the OK la if not have to wait also.
