Appointment at 8 am but at 8.35 am still waiting for service personnel to call me.

Is ok for me.. but waiting is normal traditional for service my car. Haha ...
Opsssss. One more things, have drinks, but food always not enough ^^

Bad service. Long queue during weekday. Make appointment already, service take almost 4 hours each time i go there. Order for sensor. Get it after 3 weeks, they say can't contact me. When i go there after 3 weeks, they tell me the sensor nt painted yet. Ask me to go next week. So irresponsible, ask customer to cm then inform that the part is nt ready. The part is there for weeks, nobody is bother to check it. No person in charge.
When i go there my power window is functioning. after service nt functioning. I ask them for the reason, they say i also dunno. How can a technician give such an answer. WE send our car for service, then it cm out that other part is broken when we get, then the technician just answer i dunno.
They also didn't check the part throughly, they say my sensor broken already. After 2 weeks the sensor is functioning again. Bt I already order the parts, so i have no choice bt change it although it is functioning already.
We pay high price to service there, end up getting such a bad service. It is really disappointing. It is such a terrible experience. I go there 3 times just to change the part. first time go for checking. 4 hours of waiting time. 2nd time go to replace parts. the parts nt ready. I do other parts first. again almost 4 hours of waiting. Lastly they tell me the bad malfunction they hv to return to the supplier. 3rd time going. 4 hours also. Finally done. 12 hours of waiting. just to change sensor and power window motor. Is terrible.

Worst experience of servicing my car here. First impression: long long queue during weekdays, service advisor not friendly, did not check my car properly.
I told the advisor that the other service centre found my car got some gear problem and other minor stuff, but they just told me that no problem, nothing much!
They keep bragging that they are one of the largest and original UMW service centre while others are small and only authorized dealer service centre.
NEVER enter again!

Today 25062016,I visited Cheras Centre just now to see New fortuner car but some saleman busy talking & play hp no body free to service me, saleman big small eye to serve visitor.....
