This is not a gym for posers, if you are serious about fitness or bodybuilding, look no further the owner/operator Terry Gallyot is the friendliest most down to earth person you will ever meet, he will be there to assist you with all your questions and since he is a pro bodybuilder he knows what he is talking about, every member in the gym is polite and will not hesitate to help you if they notice you are doing something wrong, everyone is welcome at this gym Whether you are a beginner or no stranger to working out.
